White Alba Truffles, also known as the ‘unbelievable diamonds’ of the culinary world, are nothing short of mesmerizing. The white veining and marbling throughout the White Alba Truffle produce an aroma and flavour that is gastronomically unique and wonderfully intoxicating. It is possible to buy other truffles, however the white Alba is without doubt the ‘King of Truffles.’

A good sized truffle usually ranges between 30g and 110g. Truffles should be consumed more or less immediately although they can last for up to 7 days in a normal domestic fridge.

Try thinly slicing on raw veal, added to a rich cheesy fondue or simply put shavings over fresh tagliatelle. Prices vary depending on season so please call us for more details.
