This fine Olive Oil comes from the Olive Orchards at Chateau d’Estoublon in Southern Provence in France. The olive groves at Château d'Estoublon grow inbetween the vinyards, and cover more than 48 hectares. There are four varieties of olives - Grossane, Salonenque, Béruguette, and Picholine which make up the blends and stand behind the typicity of the olive oils made at Château d'Estoublon.

At each harvest, the Château d'Estoublon prepares four varietal cuvées, that is four freshly-pressed olive oils, each of which features a single olive type: one 100% Grossane, one 100% Salonenque, one 100% Picholine and one 100% Béruguette. Tasted separately a few weeks after coming from the mill, these varietal olive oils allow you to discover the savor of a single fruit.
